How We Get Your Order to You
We pack every order by hand. Not because it scales beautifully (it doesn't), but because we care about how your pieces arrive.
Shipping Costs
For all products, the price is an all inclusive price. In essence, what you see is the cost you’d need to pay, no surprises.
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days delivery
For Express Shipping, we charge transparent, flat-rate shipping based on your order's value & destination. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, upon choosing Express Shipping..
Express Shipping: Available for select pincodes (2-4 days)
All shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery zone. If you're unsure about your pincode, reach out to us at hello@zinverahome.com and we'll tell you exactly what to expect.
How We Pack Your Order

Order Confirmed → Payment processed successfully

We Pack → 1-2 business days. Each piece is carefully wrapped individually. Since all items are fragile, they get extra bubble wrap. Everything's secured so nothing shifts during transit.

We Ship → We hand your package to our trusted courier partners with tracking information

You Receive Updates → WhatsApp tracking notifications to the number you provided at checkout
Delivery Timeline

Standard: 5-10 business days from shipment

Express (where available): 2-4 business days from shipment
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
Some pincodes take longer—we'll flag these at checkout and give you realistic timelines. We're honest about this because disappointing you on delivery is worse than being upfront about delays.
Real Talk on Courier Delays
We can't control everything. Sometimes couriers get backed up during peak seasons (hello October, December, Rainy season, Diwali, Durga Puja). Sometimes they're slower than expected. Sometimes the pincode just takes longer than others.
Here's what we can control: We'll communicate with you. If we know it's going to take longer, we'll tell you. If something's stuck in transit, we'll track it down. If it's delayed beyond what we promised, we'll own it.

If you're in a remote area or a pincode we don't typically service, contact us before ordering. We can usually work something out, but want to set the right expectations upfront.
